For the past couple of weeks, I’ve mainly been playing email tag with a couple of guys, have texted and talked to Bachelor #3 once or twice, annnnnnnd that’s pretty much it. Boring, I know. You don’t have to tell me, I’m living it. I almost think I’d have better luck with the prince. The issue is that I’ve got a lot on my plate right now and since I just picked up a new assignment, time to write this post got sucked away until 3am. How in the hell is it that I have no time to do things when I don’t work a 9 to 5 job? I have no idea. It’s not like I’ve been playing video games all this time…
Which reminds me…I need to play Dragon Age again to try to get further in the game. I think I left off in Orzamar…
Also? I’ve been watching The Walking Dead and Terra Nova religiously. But that’s only two nights a week. Grimm looks awesome too. That one starts this Friday. I’m always down for some Grimm’s fairy tales! Especially the twisted versions. =)
Back to the dating….
I mentioned the height thing in last week’s Dating Site Tip #6. The reason I brought it up is because I’ve discovered that either these guys are lying about their height–you know, like Hollywood lies about actors’ heights so you think they’re taller than they really are, like Tom Cruise, who is hella shorter than me but doesn’t seem so on screen–by two inches at least, or they’re simply in denial that they’ve shrunk over the years. I get it. It’s difficult to admit age is taking its toll on you. Don’t worry about it.
This is why I’m doing yoga classes. I need to tone up the areas that have gotten weak and strengthen that hereditary bad lower back of mine. It’s working so far and I’m enjoying the relaxation. Typically, after a yoga session on Monday, I don’t feel like doing a damn thing the rest of the night. It works out since Terra Nova is on that night. =)
And now I’m rambling, so…I’m working on setting up a meet this week. We’ll see how that goes. Hey, the guy loves The Princess Bride. Who can say no to that? He’ll “get” the quotes I throw out at random.

Note: I’ll be in a wedding next Monday, so there will likely be no Online Dating post unless I think of something silly to write AND have time to write it. This will also very likely be the last time I’m going to be a bridesmaid because I’m getting too damn old for that shit. My cousin is sooooo lucky she’s family and that I love her like a sister! And yes, I’ll post pics.
