Yes, It’s Friday

And I don’t have a recipe for you. I’m sorry. My life has been in upheaval lately and I haven’t been cooking a lot. Not to mention the flood in my apartment the other day. I think Harold Camping’s prediction was just a few days too early because between the tornadoes ravaging the Mid-West and crazy so-not-normal cooler weather happening in Arizona on top of my flooded apartment, I think the end is nigh.

Sorry, I love saying that last bit. It makes me giggle.

While the end may be nigh, for the next week, beginning Monday, I will be in the ‘Copa once again house-sitting for a friend. This will also mean I’ll have Wi-Fi. Twenty-four hours a goddamn day until the 7th!!!

No, Umi and Moon are not coming with me.

AND?

WE’RE HAVING A SAW MOVIE MARATHON TWEET-A-THON, for those of you who follow that shit on Twitter. I may even do this from both @TheZSC account and my own account, due to the potential for swearing, since I’ve never seen these movies before. We’ll just use the hashtag #SAW so y’all can follow both in TweetChat.

So here’s how we’ll do it: we have six movies to watch. We’ll watch two movies per night beginning Thursday night and ending on Saturday night, and the start times will be around, oh . . . let’s say 9pm so you can get the kiddies to bed before we start. Does that work for everyone? I hope so.

Okay, so I have a ton of guest posts to work on for my book blog tour that starts next week. More details on that next week, if you’d like to interview me or have me guest post. Just shoot me an email at: jinxieg13 (at) gmail (dot) com. Or hit me up on Twitter or leave a comment here. We’ll get it all scheduled up and straightened out!

Peace!

  1. Oh hush, both of you! I just thought they were blood and gore movies, so I wasn’t interested. Heather told me otherwise, so now I’m going to watch them. 🙂

  2. Well, they ARE blood & gore movies, but they actually have better than decent plots and more twists & turns than a switchback road.

    1. That’s what Heather said, which intrigued me. We’ll see what I think of them starting next Thursday.
