Well, I can honestly tell you that I’ve enjoyed my first week back to the grind in the working world, even though I nearly fell asleep several times during training due to lack of sleep. I was so sleep deprived that I couldn’t even edit anything this week. Not cool. I’m basically learning their system, which isn’t too difficult because I’m a geek and love learning new things, especially on the computer. The system isn’t too dissimilar from others I’ve used before, so it should be a quick learning process. The devil of it is that it’s taken this entire week to get my access ID to log on to their system, hence the falling asleep thing, so I’m hoping next week will be more in-depth training on everything.
I’ll update more here and there as I go along, but for now, I’ve already had two glasses of wine in celebration of completing my first week on the job and typing this is a bit difficult. I’ll work on Trent’s blog post this weekend and schedule it for Monday for those of you following that story, which has now turned into an actual story and I guess I’m working on the damn book now. *sigh*
Have a great weekend!
Well, that doesn't sound too bad. And yeah, like working on 'the damn book' will be so…not fun. AS IF! *cracks whip*

It's not fun when neither of the little shits want to talk to me, since it's all in first person POV. The book will be third person because I have other characters that need attention as well.
